This privacy policy describes how HealthRX.com and/or our owners and/or affiliates (collectively "Company," "our," "we," or "us") collect, use, disclose, and protect information through the HealthRX.com website at healthrx.com and HealthRX.com ChatGPT Planning. The planning section below explains the connector and Google sign-in separately. Clinical services may have separate privacy notices that apply to those services. By using the Site, you accept these practices and the Terms of Use.

HealthRX.com ChatGPT Planning and Google Sign-In
HealthRX.com ChatGPT Planning is HealthRX.com's meal, grocery, workout, and progress-planning app for ChatGPT. This section explains the planning app's data practices, including its Google sign-in. It also applies when the app is listed as HealthRX.com GLP-1 Meal Planner. Where this section is more specific than the general website provisions below, this section governs planning account and Google sign-in information.
Google account information we access and use
When you choose Continue with Google, Google provides your unique Google account identifier, email address, and confirmation that the email is verified. We request only the openid and email permissions. We use this information to authenticate you, create or find your HealthRX.com planning account, display which account you are connecting, and associate saved plans with that account. HealthRX.com does not receive your Google password, and these permissions do not provide access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendars, contacts, or Google health records.
Google account information is used for these account and sign-in features, service support, and protection against unauthorized access. We do not use or transfer Google sign-in information for advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions, or training generalized artificial intelligence models. Our use of Google account information is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Planning information and how we use it
The app processes the information you submit to its tools or editor: plan titles and dates, meal names and recipes, portions, ingredients, supplied nutrition values and their sources, protein targets, pantry quantities, grocery costs and budgets, exercises and equipment, activity schedules, questions, completion or skip events, and notes. We use these inputs to calculate nutrition totals and grocery quantities, deduct pantry stock, organize your week, preview changes, and track completed activities. When you save, we store the plan inputs, calculated results, revision number, and timestamps so you can reopen and update the plan.
If you use a food or pantry photo in ChatGPT, ChatGPT may turn that image into the food details passed to our tools. HealthRX.com's planning tools receive those structured food details; they do not accept or store the original image file. The planning connection does not grant access to your HealthRX.com patient portal, prescriptions, medical chart, or payment account.
Storage, protection, and sharing
Google account identifiers and verified emails, saved planning information, and records needed to maintain sessions and authorized connections are stored in HealthRX.com's dedicated planning database. Vercel hosts the app and Neon provides its database. These service providers process the information to operate the planning service. We use HTTPS for connections, encrypted database connections, secure session cookies, expiring authorization tokens, and checks that limit saved-plan access to the connected account.
Choosing Connect authorizes the displayed app to use the read and save permissions shown on the connection screen. When you use the connector, ChatGPT receives the tool results needed for your request, which may include your planning account identifier, saved-plan titles, meal and workout details, grocery lists, calculated totals, and progress records. Your Google password and Google sign-in tokens are not returned in these tool results. ChatGPT's handling of conversations, images, and returned tool results is governed by your OpenAI account settings and OpenAI's privacy policy. Other disclosures described below may apply when necessary for security or legal obligations; Google account information remains subject to the specific use limits in this section.
Retention, disconnecting, and deletion
We retain the planning account and saved plans to provide your account and saved-week features. Updating a plan changes its stored contents. Sign-in sessions and connector access have expiration limits. Disconnecting HealthRX.com in ChatGPT stops use of that connection, but does not by itself erase saved plans or prior ChatGPT conversations. You can also review or remove HealthRX.com's Google access in your Google account's third-party connections settings.
To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your planning account, Google account information held by HealthRX.com, or saved planning data, email support@healthrx.com from the email associated with the account and identify the request as HealthRX.com ChatGPT Planning. We verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting. We retain information required for applicable legal obligations or resolution of security incidents, and remove the remaining requested data. Deleting data from HealthRX.com does not delete copies already held in your ChatGPT conversations; manage those separately through OpenAI's account controls.
About the Site
The Site gathers medication information, geographic location, and user preferences to:
- Check medication prices at multiple nearby pharmacies
- Show comparable medication pricing from third parties
- Send discount cards upon request
- Provide pharmacy coupons
Categories of Information We Collect
Information collected includes:
- Medication details (names, dosage) and preferred pharmacy
- Purchase transaction information including discount card usage
- Geographic location data: geolocation data, zip code, region, city, street address, time zone, latitude and longitude information
- User preferences
- Technical device data and application software information
- Metadata stored on devices
The Site automatically collects usage information, device operating systems, identifiers, and IP addresses. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your device, to help us analyze how you use our Site.

Text Message (SMS) Communications
Providing a mobile number does not itself enroll you in text messaging. If you separately opt in, you may receive transactional messages from HealthRX.com about your account, signup reminders, consultations, care, prescriptions, orders, and support and/or marketing messages about promotions and special offers. Each SMS program has its own optional, unchecked consent choice and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your engagement level. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How We Share Information We Collect
Information disclosure occurs with:

Our service providers are required to agree to protect your personal information consistent with this Privacy Policy.
The company shares anonymized demographic reports and non-identifying information with third parties.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing categories described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third party. Mobile numbers collected for SMS are used only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive, and are disclosed only to the messaging service providers who transmit those messages on our behalf.
Information Security
The company takes reasonable steps to protect your personal information, which is any information that identifies you or could reasonably be linked to you. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protects information during Internet transport, indicated by https or lock symbols.
The company acknowledges limitations: we cannot guarantee that the Internet or any other technical system will be 100% secure or error-free. Unencrypted email communications carry interception risks.
Your Choices
Users may opt out of marketing emails using unsubscribe links or contacting support@healthrx.com. Administrative and safety notices cannot be declined.
You may unsubscribe from text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting support@healthrx.com. Users may also request that we update or correct inaccurate or incomplete information, or that we remove a mobile number or email address from our records. We verify identity before fulfilling a request, and we retain information where a legal or record retention obligation requires us to do so.
The Site does not currently respond to "do not track" signals or other mechanisms that provide a method to opt out of the collection of information over time.
Information About Minors
The Site is intended for adults only and is not directed to, nor do we knowingly collect information from, individuals under the age of 18. Parents should contact support regarding unauthorized minor information collection.
