These Partner Program Terms (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the HealthRX.com Partner Program (the “Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
To join the Program, you must be based in the United States, be at least 18 years old, and submit an application that we approve. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion, and approval is not guaranteed.
Commissions
Approved partners earn commission on every new customer’s first order, plus a recurring share of that customer’s payments for months 2 through 7.

Milestone bonuses: an extra $250 in any month with 10 new customers, an extra $1,000 at 30. Commissions reverse only if an order is refunded or charged back. Earned commissions are always paid, including after the partnership ends.
Commissions accrue on new-customer first orders and the recurring share described above. New conversions are subject to a 14-day hold before they become eligible for payout. A commission reverses only if the underlying order is refunded or charged back. Earned commissions are always paid on schedule, including after your participation in the Program ends, except in confirmed cases of fraud.
Payouts
Payouts run weekly, with a $25 minimum per payout. If your balance has not reached the $25 minimum in a given week, it carries forward to the next payout cycle. Payouts are issued through Stripe. Before your first payout, you must complete identity verification and tax onboarding through Stripe.
Attribution
You are given three tools to earn attribution: a personal discount code, a personal tracked link, and a personal landing page. Tracked-link attribution lasts 60 days from a visitor’s click. Code redemptions always attribute to you, even if the link’s tracking parameters are stripped or blocked.
Content rules
FTC disclosure is required on every post that mentions HealthRX or the Program. Your disclosure must state a material connection, be clear and conspicuous, and appear close to the claim it relates to, not buried in a bio or a “more” section. Share your own honest personal experience only.
The following are prohibited in all Program content:
- Claiming compounded medications are the same as or equivalent to brand-name drugs
- Guaranteeing specific weight-loss amounts or timelines
- Claiming no side effects
- Giving medical advice
- Using “Ozempic,” “Wegovy,” or other brand names in handles, discount codes, or paid search campaigns
- Obscuring that our medications are compounded
- Presenting before/after content as typical results without a clear qualification that results vary
Traffic rules
You may not:
- Bid on HealthRX trademarks, or misspellings of them, in paid search
- Post your personal discount code on coupon or deal-listing sites
- Generate incentivized traffic, meaning offering a reward for clicks, signups, or purchases
- Send spam email or SMS
- Refer yourself, or claim your own purchases for commission
Termination
Either you or HealthRX may end your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason. Termination is forward-looking only: it stops future commission accrual, but any commissions you have already earned are still paid on the normal schedule, except in confirmed cases of fraud.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect is your acceptance of the updated Terms.
